Returns

RT 1.0 |  E-commerce: You have (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost for these items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RT 1.1 | Special Orders: No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom-built items. It is the customer's responsibility, at the time of ordering a special order item, to obtain an estimated time of arrival.

RT 1.2 | Damaged / Defective Product: All damaged / defective products should be reported either by email (support@gardendominion.com) or phone (240-347-7072) within 5 business days upon arrival. Garden Dominion Supply reserves the right to approve or deny any defective / warranty claims at its sole discretion.

RT 2.0 | In Store: You have (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. If you are returning to a Garden Dominion Supply store you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RT 2.2 | Damaged / Defective Product: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product at a store is not damaged upon purchasing. In the event that a product is defective, it can be brought back into a store for inspection. Once the item is confirmed defective and within warranty, the customer can be granted either a replacement or refund. Garden Dominion Supply reserves the right to approve or deny any defective / warranty claims at its sole discretion.

Refunds

RF 1.0 | Ecommerce: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RF 2.0 | In Store: Once you have brought your item into a Garden Dominion Supply store, we will inspect it and either approve or deny depending on the eligibility of the return. If your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
